In 2014, we will continue our study from our resource book, "A Handbook for Christian Maturity" by Bill Bright. Now is the time to join us in our study. Books are available in our class room and there is no cost for the book. This is a great book to add to your home library.
We are finishing Step 2: The Christian and the Abundant Life, page 93. The topics in this step include:
1. What Is the Christian Life?; 2. Appraising Your Spiritual Life; 3. Living Abundantly; 4. The Abiding Life; 5. The Cleansed Life; 6. Victorious in Spiritual Warfare; 7. Attitude Makes a Difference.
On Sunday, January 5, 2014, we will discuss the lesson material on topic 7, Attitude Makes a Difference and also the Recap for Step 2, pages 120 - 125.
To start the new year we plan to have refreshments. So please bring a food item or drink to share with the group. We will have a time to socialized and also time for our discussion. I hope you plan to be in class to begin 2014 with the Women of the Word.
