Birthday Celebration
On September 26, 2014, Lennie Mae Connor, celebrated her 95th birthday at the home of her daughter, Janice Connor. Relatives came on Saturday, September 27th, to celebrate with her. She was in good form and entertained us with her stories of family history. We viewed a movie that depicted her life story and also viewed some other family movies. It was a time of entertainment to see all of us when we were so young and thin! This was truly a blessed celebration!!One of her favorite scripture is: John 10:27-28, "My sheep hear my voice, and know them, and they follow me: and I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand." Another scripture is: Romans 8:28, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."
